Venue Rental Pricing

The Social Hour - $250/hr.
Weekday Only (Monday–Thursday)- 2 hours minimum - Ideal for: Quick photoshoots, Weekday pop-ups, Elopements, Intimate proposals, small weekday meetings
Morning: 10 AM – 12 PM, Afternoon: 1 PM – 3 PM, Evening: 6 PM – 8 PM
Note: This package is only available Monday–Thursday.
The Statement - $300/hr.
4–6 hours- Ideal for: Baby & bridal showers, Birthday dinners, Networking mixers, Graduation parties, Business launches (Fri–Sun): Morning Slot: 10 AM – 2 PM / 11AM– 3PM |
Evening Slot: 5 PM – 9 PM / 6 PM – 10 PM
The Vanity - $2800
8 hours- Ideal For: Weddings & receptions, Full event setups, Large-scale productions, Engagement or anniversary parties (Fri–Sun): Daytime: 8 AM – 4 PM | Evening: 2 PM – 10 PM.
Studio Sessions $150/hr.
Hourly — Flexible Scheduling
Ideal For: Branding shoots, Dance classes, Fitness sessions, Music video shoots, Podcast or video content
No food, no décor. These are low-impact, no-cleanup-needed uses.
Elopement Package $500
Available Sunday-Friday -2 hours - Ideal For: Simple ceremonies, Vow renewals, Private “just us” unions
Includes: Ceremony space (indoor), Access to dressing area, Lounge seating, Optional arch or setup add-ons
Morning: 10 AM – 12 PM | Afternoon: 1 PM – 3 PM | Evening: 5 PM – 7 PM
Custom Packages
We offer flat-rate, full-day bookings or custom-use needs such as: Church services, multi-day usage, Events requiring extra prep/setup hours, Film productions or creative retreats

Every booking includes sleek white round tables that look sharp on their own—no linens required. Prefer a dressed-up look? Add budget-friendly linen rentals and style them your way.

Booking & Care Details
A one-time $150 cleaning fee keeps the space spotless, and a $300 refundable security deposit safeguards your date. To lock in your reservation, we require half of the rental fee plus the deposit up front, with the balance due 30 days before your event. Booking within 45 days? The full rental amount, cleaning fee, and deposit are payable at the time of booking.
