60 seated | 80 mixed (tables & cocktail) | Ceremony capacity is 60

How much is a event? Birthday, Baby Shower, Graduation Party?

Friday and Sunday $1200 plus tax - $300 refundable deposit required in addition.

Saturday $1400 - $300 refundable deposit required in addition.

*premium cost during certain holidays and or surrounding days/weekends.

Is linen included?

Linen is only included in wedding packages

What other services do you offer? Vendor Recommendations, Private and Public Events.

Can we have outside caterers? We do allow outside insured catering companies.

Can alcohol be served? We are a byob facility, and alcohol can be served through an insured bartending company by licensed bartenders. The vendor must temporarily list Vanity Social House LLC as an additional insured on the insurance policy. *For a public event, a security guard is required

What's included in the rental? Tables, Chairs, Dressing room, a Kitchenette/prep area, and a lounge area upstairs.

Is it only available for events? No, reserve for Photo Shoots, Videography, Podcast Recordings, Live Audience, Music Release, Talk Shows, and Corporate Training. Instructor-led classes such as Dance, Karate, Yoga, and DIY Trends.
