Venue Rental Pricing

Explore our base rates below, then let’s chat about your plans—every event has its own story, and we love tailoring the price to fit. Got a date coming up fast? Give us a call; last-minute openings, especially this summer, can unlock extra savings.

Monday - Thursday

Starting ar $1,000 for a 4 hour event.

$250 per hour with a 4 hour minimum

Friday & Sunday

Starting at $2400 for a 6 hour event

5 PM - 11 PM (6 hour minimum at $400 an hr)

Saturday

Starting at $2800 for a 6 hour event.

5 PM - 11 PM (6 hour minimum at $450 an hr.)

Mini Events/Shorter hours

Event Rental Includes

  • Tables (white rounds)

  • Chairs (black cross back chairs)

  • Lounge area (mezzanine)

  • Get Ready Private Dressing Area

  • Prep kitchen

  • Open Vendor Policy (must be licensed and insured)

Every booking includes sleek white round tables that look sharp on their own—no linens required. Prefer a dressed-up look? Add budget-friendly linen rentals and style them your way.

  • Security (for events with an open bar and or open to the public this is required.)

Booking & Care Details

A one-time $150 cleaning fee keeps the space spotless, and a $300 refundable security deposit safeguards your date. To lock in your reservation, we require half of the rental fee plus the deposit up front, with the balance due 30 days before your event. Booking within 45 days? The full rental amount, cleaning fee, and deposit are payable at the time of booking.
